When purchasing an integration between US Direct and a marketplace (Amazon, Walmart and/or eBay) utilizing Inventory Source’s inventory and order automation services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and abiding by the respective marketplace’s policies. You also understand that by integrating with US Direct, not ALL product sourced by US Direct are eligible to be on a marketplace. Inventory Source provides tools for you to exclude and remove selected products to assist in filtering out restricted/prohibited products.

When we learn of brands that are restricted, we will exclude these brands from the feed for our dealers that are integrated to that specific marketplace. To see a list of brands that have marketplace restrictions and have been excluded, please see Restricted Brands on Marketplaces.

US Direct is an authorized reseller for all products sourced from our suppliers; however, we are unable to provide documentation that you or your company is authorized to resell these products. This mean due diligence is required on your part when curating a store catalog for this integration. Inventory Source nor US Direct will be held responsible for any action taken against your seller account or any other penalties that result due to listing products that are not eligible to be resold on marketplaces.
